What Are the benefits of LED candles?
Forever Flames LED taper candles bring the atmosphere and style of candlelight without the smoke, dripping wax or fire risks associated with real candles. This makes them a safe option for use around children and pets. They have a low energy consumption and can be used endlessly by replacing the batteries.
What are Forever Flames LED taper Candles made from?
Forever Flames LED taper candles are coated in real wax to give the authentic feel of classic taper candles. The base is an original design, made from silicone for a secure fit in most candle holders.
How should I store my LED taper candles?
Forever Flames LED taper candles are an ornamental product and can be delicate so should be handled with care and should not be dropped or thrown. The outer layer is real wax and as such can crack if exposed to extreme temperatures. As such we recommend storing at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.
Can I use my LED candles outdoors?
We do not recommend using Forever Flames LED taper candles outdoors due to the delicate nature of the product and as they are not water proof.
How do I operate my LED taper candles?
Forever Flames taper candles require 2 x AAA batteries (not included). Unscrew the silicone base and insert batteries positive end first into the candle body. The on/off button is on the the candle base. Once turned on at the base the remote can be used to turn the candles on and off, adjust brightness, set flicker or set a timer. Please note, the remote contains a plastic tab over the battery which which need to be pulled free before use.
Can I light multiple candles with the same remote control?
Yes, the remote control is universal and can be used to operate any of our range of LED taper candles. Please note, the remote contains a plastic tab over the battery which which need to be pulled free before use.
If I break or damage my LED taper candles how should I dispose of them?
Both the LED taper candles and remote should be disposed of as electrical products at your local recycling centre. Batteries should be removed beforehand.
My remote control isn’t working, what should I do?
If this is the first time using your LED taper candles, ensure the plastic tab covering the battery compartment has been fully removed. Then make sure the candles have been turned on initially using the button on the base. After this, they should then respond to the remote. If the remote still isn’t working, try replacing the battery. If you have tried all of the above and continue to experience issues, please contact support@foreverflames.co.uk and we will be able to send a replacement.
